Refund policy

Returns

To us, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied, this is why we make returns easy. If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return.

We can only accept returns if the item is in the same condition as you received it, unworn with tags and in its original packaging.

Please contact info@re-5shop.com to annouce your return. When the return is accepted we will provide you the return shippinglabel and returninstructions. The shippingcosts (6.95 in the Netherlands and €18,- in Europe) will be withheld from the refund.

Once we have received your return we will inform you if the refund is approved. You will be refunded  the way you have payed.
